We loved the Netherlands and having a quiet safe space to return to each day was fantastic.

We liked the clean modern style.

It was quite far from restaurants or grocery stores.

The property was in a nice location, a bit far away from the centre but its very easy to get there. It has a laundry and gym so its quite convenient

Hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff is friendly and polite.

Far away from the city centre. Change of sheets is after 6 days(!) and new ones are 15€! No bus/ tram station in vicinity.

I enjoyed staying there; the area, in total, is a peaceful place.

The room is equipped with kitchen tools such as microwaves, plates, electric cattle and cutleries. The room also has a television for entertainment while watching diverse programs and tables that support the working environment. These tools and facilitators are an essential and induced sense of comfort.

The fact that there were few options for food in the Hotel. There are only a few restaurants with a minimum walking distance of 25 seconds from the Hotel; extending the variety of food would be necessary for those who want to stay there.

Amazing neighborhood is a big plus on top of the hotel itself

All you need for a bit longer stay is there - kitchenette (no stove), laundry, parking, fitness, mini-shop. The neighborhood is lovely - canal, little Dutch houses, surprisingly calm even though is not far from the airport.

Very Clean, Very Comfortable and Very Cost Effective

Lovely rooms and lovely staff, very helpful and polite.

Closest mode of transport was 20 minute walk away, however, this was not much of an issue as it's a beautiful walk.

A great apart-hotel. Staff were great

The rooms were clean, the kitchen could have been equipped a bit better ie toaster and coffee cafetiere. The staff were very friendly and were accommodating. . I would say a car is needed to get around.

Most hotels and apartment hotels supply shampoo and body wash but this was limited - it would be nicer if this could have been supplied without having to ask for it. The outside of the building needs a clean.

Handle everything by yourself

The shop inside the Hotel was very convenient as well as good prices. The staff there who handles the entire property are courteous.

There is no room service. Cleaning is done after 6 days of stay. At least once in 2 days should be done. Accidentally my phone dropped on the alarm thread inside the bathroom, the alarm went on and no one came. The purpose of the alarm is to get the attention of the front desk. I then have to go fetch them to switch of the alarm where the guy was not having any clue where is the switch to stop. The manager should brief all their staff about this.

Review of stay in Amsterdam

The staff, especially Simon, Daniele and Michael were very helpful. Anything we would look for they were there to help us. Though it is a bit far from the bus stand (when we want to go to other places), it was a nice walk all by the canal. The rooms were very big and comfortable.

We had to ask them to get our rooms cleaned despite that they are supposed to do it every 3 nights. But once we would ask it would be done ASAP.

Room was a nice home base for my visit.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Appliances were new and clean. Bed was comfy. Loved the big pillows. The cabinet had lots of storage. Nice desk and chairs. I was able to walk to and through the Amsterdam Bos (forest) from the hotel (it’s a LONG walk, but fun). The 20 goose gaggle that often makes its lounging area right on the corner up from the hotel is hilarious. They don’t move for anything. Not cars, bicycles, pedestrians. That’s their corner. They cracked me up. Being close to the river was fun. There’s a floating used car lot and lots of house boats to see as you walk to the village. Badhoevedorp is very pretty.

I’d hoped for a nicer view than the parking lot. Also, I’d upgraded to a better room through Booking.com, but I don’t think I got it. My understanding was it would have a sitting area, but it didn’t. The desk was nice, but it was a bit too tall for comfortable typing. The bathroom was tiny and shower floor was slippery. Had to put a towel down to keep steady in there. The room could have used a microwave safe dish for cooking fresh food. It’s really only good for reheating pre-made foods or leftovers. Also would be great if dish soap was provided and if laundry detergent was available for purchase. The free laundry would have been great except it was darn near impossible to get a turn with it. Badhoevedorp could really use a coin laundromat. I totally would have used it.

The Staff and comftarble beds

The smoke alarm in The middle of the night was driving us insane. Happened twice. Probably dosent happen al The Time. The Staff was really nice. Did have problems with extra Money been deducted from my account but i was paid back The next Day in Cash. Over all not to bad, but dont shop in There tough! The Guy at The petrol station around The corner (1 min walk) has some lovely chicken burgers and Good prices.

We really enjoyed our stay and will always choose Amrâth .

The staff, most especially Ms. Josie is amazingly wonderful! She is very hospitable and can’t thank her enough for guiding us during our stay! The facilities are very clean and the bed is very comfortable!

The location is a bit far to the bus stop but riding on a bike is very helpful and it’s also enjoyable to walk and enjoy the beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Awesome

The room was really good, we often used the kitchenette to prepare our own breakfast and lunch. The staff is really friendly, helpful, offered a free coffee. The lobby is really comfortable, I spent there quite some time working. Parking behind the gate is nice to have, but there is plenty of parking in the street as well.

Many facilities were closed because of Covid, would have been nice to have gym options.
